“My experience inside was more than enough to distract me from how awkward it can be driving around the north end of the plaza this bank is in. It does feel smaller inside than other Key Banks, but it also has a sense of charm to it. Everyone with whom I spoke or interacted was really friendly too, even chatting with me from a distance while I was in line waiting for a teller (which was about 1 minute). I was in and out in less than 5 minutes.”

“We had a very serious issue with our account in which we were sent back and forth over the phone and email with no resolution. We visited the Guilderland branch, after speaking to 5 representatives over the phone and one through email. When we went into the bank we spoke with Jesse A. He was friendly, patient and very understanding. He confirmed what we had been telling the 5 phone and 1 email representatives. While we were not able to get the funds returned during that visit due to the department that handles the transactions not being in, Jesse assured us that he would follow up and contact us the next business day. “For the most part they are good for your personal banking. Always have helped me in the past with issues. A couple tellers are a little moody but will see that anywhere.
The mobile app is kind of bad, you have to learn some tricks to get it working to do certain actions. They recently updated the app and user interface (Oct 2024) which I was excited about, but while it does look more modern, it’s generally the same app with the same issues.”
