“Sweet’s helped me out when my truck began overheating on a road trip crossing NY State on I-90. The owner, Vashon, is professional and friendly. I called from the highway describing my situation and he assured me he could look at my truck when I arrived, which he did. Also, it was Saturday and Sweet’s was the only shop open in the area, which I attribute to plain good business sense! Vashon and a couple of his employees inspected and diagnosed the issue in a short time, communicated the details clearly with me and made sure I understood the cost. Vashon even went to pick up the parts needed himself because the parts shop doesn’t have delivery on Saturdays, and he still finished the work in an efficient manner! Kindness is professionalism. I read all the reviews here and I second all the five star reviews. For those of you that have poor reviews based on long waits or anything else, please consider that for tradespeople, of all kinds, there are many circumstances that are variable, and therefore out of their control when it comes to fixing cars or building houses or whatever it may be. Sometimes it takes longer, sometimes it doesn’t. I’m certain, Vashon is offering dedicated service to his community and beyond. Thank you!”
