Lowe's for all of your home improvement needs. Stop by the local Halfmoon, NY Lowe’s to pick up gardening supplies, check out new appliances and paint colors or try out new patio furniture. It is a nice place with decent prices and a friendly environment. Customers find it easy to find everything online or in store and note that returns are easy. Many employees deliver a positive customer experience. Staff are described as nice, very friendly, awesome, knowledgeable, and helpful. They take the stress off of customers, offer suggestions, and take care of all building needs. Specific departments like paint and the pro desk receive praise, and employees are recognized for being a bright spot. However, there can be significant issues with appliance delivery and installation follow-up. One customer reported a flawless purchase experience that was later marred by delivery problems, including an appliance not being installed properly and incorrect information about installation services. Attempts to resolve the issue, including calls to customer service, managers, and the service department, resulted in multiple promised callbacks that never came, leaving the customer extremely disappointed. This contrasts with other experiences where customer service was a key reason for favoring the store.
Francisco Was fantastic!!!! I was trying to fix a running toilet and he gave me step-by-step as to what to do. I went home and followed these instructions worked by a charm.!!!!! He was so Pleasant !!!! Thank you!!! So love Lowe’s

Stopped and we were looking at washers. Had Adam Bezio come over to help us he pointed out different features and was very helpful in us selecting our washer and dryer. He did not pressure us and let us look around at the different ones.
