“This store is the benchmark for customer service . No matter how busy an associate is in any part of the store they will take the time to answer any inquiry or find someone who can. Even under these current stressful conditions a knowledgeable friendly staff member takes the time to help you undertake your next project. I witnessed this time & again since i began coming here in March 2020. I skip the place up the street because i feel welcomed here & know that with the guidance of any staff member in any particular department i’m in I will leave feeling confident. Thank you all in every department because I’m certain I’ve been in them all.”

“Very pleased with this family owned appliance center.I had previously purchased my washer and drier from them and decide to return again.Everything went as promised-the phone calls before to confirm delivery and the day of to give me the 2 hour window which turned out to be less than an hour.Today my new double oven stove was delivered. Roger and Bobby were extremely careful bringing out the old stove and bringing in the new one. Used several levels to be sure the stove was properly adjusted and were great answering my questions. Cleaned up everything and were a wonderful team.Highly recommend.”

This is the real deal old school top quality Electrolux with the highest order of customer service and personalized service. There is no junk here and you're never left hanging. Air purifiers and other products here too. A true asset to the area.”

“This review is about the excellent customer service that I received when I stopped by the store today. I was looking for a retro refrigerator that I saw online and couldn't find at my local store. In fact, my local store told me that there were none at any Home Depot stores. I decided to stop by the Latham store anyway. There were 2 display models for sale. Zack helped me with the fridge. He dusted it down and when I realized that the second model looked better (from the front), but was missing the handles, Zack and another employee, got out their tools, took the handles off of one and screwed them on to the other. When we pulled the second one out we realized that it was badly dented in the back. I apologized to Zack for doing all of that work for nothing and he let me know that it wasn't a problem. That is what he was there for. He then proceeded to call around to see if other stores had what I was looking for and he found exactly what I was looking for at another Home Depot. I don't know if Zack, or any of the other employees who helped me today will ever see this but, for everyone else who does, this is how a store should run. This is customer service at it's BEST! Thank you”
“Electrolux washer 10 yrs old making a humming noise, turned out to be a bra wire clogging a pump or motor? Kim was so kind and did a great job, he is a little harsh sounding at first, in the end he is a dedicated truly honest , hard to find worker and business man. I would definitely recommend this business, honest and hard working.!”

“I was greeted by Connie, asking how she could help. After telling her I wanted copy of key made, she directed me to the isle and said someone would be there momentarily. Nick said he would see if they had the one i needed and made a copy. Then he walked towards my car with me to make sure it worked. I told him to go ahead of me, saying he could check it and be back before I could get there with my walker. We had a great conversation, revealing his beautiful soul. The price was so low, I asked for more copies. Then he walked to the register with me, and Connie assisted my check out. What an awesome staff of true service souls!”
