Our experience was great from the minute we walked in to the Clifton park store to order the fridge till the guys told us that we have our brand new fridge installed and running in a short time after it was delivered. I cannot recommend Elite Vacuum more highly if you're interested in purchasing a quality machine rather than the toys you can get at a big box store or online. Not only was the owner extremely helpful with my questions but I was able to try the vacuum out and feel the quality. There was no pressure or pushing to purchase a more expensive model. Not only was the vacuum cheaper than Amazon but by purchasing through an approved Sebo dealer my warranty was extended from 7 years to 10 years! On top of that, he threw in a free box of bags and an extra attachment! I know that in the event that I need a repair, I will be well taken care of.

Kim was so kind and did a great job, he is a little harsh sounding at first, in the end he is a dedicated truly honest , hard to find worker and business man. This is the real deal old school top quality Electrolux with the highest order of customer service and personalized service. There is no junk here and you're never left hanging. Air purifiers and other products here too. A true asset to the area.”

“Overall good experience shopping for my supplies when it pertains to my heating, central air conditioning & plumbing business out of Halfmoon. This location could do a better job at supplying Power Vented Water Heaters in both 40 gallon & 50 gallon capacities. Also get better at stocking correct sized fittings for copper pipe. Other than those two issues, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and I receive a military discount which is greatly appreciated. God bless our armed forces!”
