The customer service girl ( Alexis ) was very helpful and she was friendly and listened to my situation and had a fast answer & made it right !! So wonderful to have a pleasant voice on the phone ! She was there to help !! And she did !love CASELA and Alexis !!! Will recommend to all my neighbors and friends !!!

Had an appointment on Juneteeth 2026 at 0800. I arrived at 0750, got a door immediately and started getting loaded at 0810. Huge area to maneuver throughout the yard. Got loaded and got out quickly.
