“Upon checkout a man assisted us at the cash or card checkout. The cash change back was 50cent, he seemed growingly aggrivated as he awaited the 2 quarters to dispense. One came out, the other sat inside machine with a clicking sound, I commented hmm sounds like the change back might be jammed, he responded snottily "no it's not", I looked at him like say what when the second quarter popped out, he handed me my change & receipt didn't say thank you and had an angry look on his face. He had a beard, facial hair, light brown. He won't talk like that to me again. I'm a retired RGM who has trained numerous teams not to be like that guy. If he's got a at home personal situation going on he needs to leave it there, period!”

“Cannot say enough good things about Kristen R. at the Orville's in Orchard Park! After calling and going to other places and being stuck on hold or dealing with staff at those other stores that didn't know anything about their products and were not helpful I called Orville's and Kristen answered. She was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. We went and picked out the stove we wanted and within an hour are driving home with it. Amazing customer service!! “Hi! Literally all of my appliances have broken this year and I have gotten wonderful service and installation from All Appliances. Today my dishwasher was being replaced, and there were two problems for Alan, the installer—-1. The dishwasher main had no shut off under the dishwasher, and 2 he had to climb through feet of snow to get to the door of the crawl space under the house to turn the water off. He tackled the job expertly and was so good about the snow and getting the job done right. Thank you again for a great job!”
