Nick came out and diagnosed an issue with our dryer. A part needed to be ordered and once it was in, he promptly came back a and got us up an running. He was very professional and knowledgeable. “Store was organized and clean. But most importantly, especially in this day and age, there were employees to help AND each one was very helpful and polite. The only reason I gave a 4 is: Ispecial ordered a product and they failed to tell me you cant go to self checkout to pay for. You really need to fix this at both ends of sale.”

“I was here the other day, they definitely were all right. I would not say it was the greatest experience I've ever had but it wasn't terrible. They had everything I was looking for which was nice. A lot of the items seem overpriced but it's a big box store so that's kind of expected. The service was actually decent so the staff are doing something all right at the moment. It's basically the only thing in my area for this type of store, so I basically stuck shopping here no matter what. The hallways are a bit narrow and there is always someone in my way but that isn't necessarily the stores fault.”

“We have used this location for a few years and have never been disappointed. We recently lost our refrigerator of many years from them due to a power outage and Craig, the salesman, was not only helpful and knowledgeable, but very patient. The refrigerator was delivered the next day and it's absolutely beautiful. The delivery men were efficient and kept in constant communication with me. They showed up and quickly installed the refrigerator and took the old one away. It was 100% a great experience once again. Highly recommend.”

“One of our go to places to get things for our home. This trip we ran out of paint for our porch. The associate actually helped us from start to finish. We took a picture of our paint can including the tag of color we used. The can looked different and it was a different style can as well. So glad we came back and everything matched well. I did take a picture and they already had the Christmas decorations out. It wasn't even Halloween yet.”
