“Hi! Literally all of my appliances have broken this year and I have gotten wonderful service and installation from All Appliances. Today my dishwasher was being replaced, and there were two problems for Alan, the installer—-1. The dishwasher main had no shut off under the dishwasher, and 2 he had to climb through feet of snow to get to the door of the crawl space under the house to turn the water off. He tackled the job expertly and was so good about the snow and getting the job done right. Thank you again for a great job!”

“I called Greg's because I wanted a part to do a fix myself for 1/10th of what one of the big Buffalo companies was charging. Greg not only helped me diagnose the problem accurately but when it was a fix I didn't want to mess with, I was charged really fairly for a tech to come out and do it. Really fairly. Like what you wish you could pay. Next time, I'm not messing around and I'm calling Greg's first.”

“Called DBM to inquire about a hot water recirculation pump. Joe was very patient and helpful in looking up my pump request answering all my questions. As I was out of state and ordering the pump from info online, Joe cautioned me on the order making sure I was ordering the correct pump. I received the pump and the picture on the box did not match the picture online so I called to inquire if I was shipped the correct pump. Again, the personnel at DBM was patient and helpful in assuring me that the correct model was shipped. Many manufacturers model numbers vary by only a few characters, so since their return policy was limited I wanted to insure before I opened the box I had the correct pump.
I can't thank DBMs personnel enough for their patience and help. We will be happy getting warmer water faster to our shower and saving water.”
“Replaced stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave today! Installation was wonderful! The delivery folks were great, efficient, beat, friendly and informative! The only thing I didn’t appreciate was the numerous amount of duplicate emails & texts before delivery and installation.”

“The best in rental. Edit: To the previous renter with the gas pole pruner, THD does offer many wrenches for any tools that may require adjustment in the field, including the pole pruner. The safety bucket (you declined to take with you) includes a helmet, ear/eye protection, chaps and ADJUSTMENT WRENCH. The tools are quality and safety inspected before EVERY rental and these bolts can easily be adjusted by anyone with a crescent/socket wrench, or even a simple pair of pliers. Chainsaw chains frequently become loose after use so this should not have come as a shock to you. A lack of knowledge and experience on your part apparently equates to a 1 star review for a retailer renting tools as a service for those in need. If you're unsure of what you may need when renting an unfamiliar tool, ask and we'll gladly explain! Maybe just take the safety bucket next time...”

“We originally went to Ferguson to order bathroom fixtures in a new build/ renovation project. I have been working with a showroom employee who has been wonderful to this point although she has been out of the office while we are at a crucial time in the building process and need to order additional fixtures as soon as possible or there will be a delay in the project. I called to ask if I could place an order and the receptionist said no, but she could take a message. I asked if there was another employee that could help me place the order and she said “maybe” and would take a message to have someone call me back. I said, call back today? And she said, maybe, I don’t know. I then asked if it would be easier if I ordered the fixtures from the website on my own and she said, “well that’s all we do for you anyway” so now I’m left to figure out what fixtures and installation pieces are needed to place an order by myself without risking a delay in the project… I was left kindof bewildered and confused because what is the point of having a professional company help you if they are unwilling to assist you during a time sensitive customer service need

“I Love Ron and the staff here. I have paid off a. 55" TV and furniture set, and received great deals on both. I plan on purchasing a washer/dryer here next. I've never had any bad experiences here honestly, And I don't get paid for reviews. Ron has always been very lenient when it came to financial hardships. He will send someone out right away if there is something wrong with a product with no questions asked. And he even gives Cheerful Birthday calls. I can not speak on anyone else's experience but if you cannot afford to buy things straight out, this is the company to go through.”
“Upon checkout a man assisted us at the cash or card checkout. The cash change back was 50cent, he seemed growingly aggrivated as he awaited the 2 quarters to dispense. One came out, the other sat inside machine with a clicking sound, I commented hmm sounds like the change back might be jammed, he responded snottily "no it's not", I looked at him like say what when the second quarter popped out, he handed me my change & receipt didn't say thank you and had an angry look on his face. He had a beard, facial hair, light brown. He won't talk like that to me again. I'm a retired RGM who has trained numerous teams not to be like that guy. If he's got a at home personal situation going on he needs to leave it there, period!”

Steph in the appliance department was super friendly and helpful with helping me check inventory, giving me a discount for some confusion with said inventory, and ordering my dishwasher online for delivery. She was very polite and made the process very easy for me”
“Placed an order in February for some bulbs that I ended up not picking up. Assumed it would be cancelled and forgot about it. Got an email today saying thanks for picking it up, which I never did especially if I'm sitting at home. Manager was nice and refunded me but employees should verify stuff is picked up especially if they no longer have the item where it should be and actually cancel an order correctly.”
“Cannot say enough good things about Kristen R. at the Orville's in Orchard Park! After calling and going to other places and being stuck on hold or dealing with staff at those other stores that didn't know anything about their products and were not helpful I called Orville's and Kristen answered. She was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. We went and picked out the stove we wanted and within an hour are driving home with it. Amazing customer service!! I will be buying all appliances there from now on! Thank you Kristen!”
