“Unfortunately my van was in a bad car crash and in the past I have been ripped off by other mechanic shops and was nervous as to where to take my van. My sister recommended Village Collision and I have to say I couldn't have gone to a better place! Russell was great! Although my insurance company did not have them as one of their participating mechanics it was not a problem at all. He communicated with my insurance company and adjustors. My van was in great hands while he fixed up and painted my van. While my van was there I was able to contact Russell through email and also by phone and he responded to my questions immediately. “I went here after I was hit by another driver. The workers were very communicative about updates on how long the fix would take, kept me updated every step of the way through phone calls and texts. When I got the car, it was very well done. They even vacuumed the car. Oh and I had some sap on my windshield that’s gone now! One gentleman even helped me carry my son’s heavy car seat from the rental to my car. Great folks.”
“Great experience with Safelite. Only reason I couldn't give them a 5 star is because it's very difficult to get ahold of an actual live person, as it seems to be nationwide automated service. That can get annoying and frustrating. But otherwise, our experience was great!”

“My CHEVR Colorado was struck from behind so hard that it was knocked sideways and locked up with another vehicle while both skidded out of control. My truck was damaged on 3 sides and pulled hard to the left.
