I had a few questions on things and both the mechanic and the manager were happy to sit down with me and fully explain everything that I was concerned about. But the service was amazing, came at 9:30, left at 10:05. Friendly lady at the desk. They clean the car before undercoating, which is probably expected but so you know if you had a doubt.
Price is not a surprise, it's as it was said and written in their desk.
I called early December and only had an appointment only early January, so don't be like me and call a lot earlier if you want it done in December.”

“Family member backed into a fire hydrant on a dark and stormy night. Referred by our mechanic of 20+ years to 3 locations, and received very fair estimate from this company with all positive recommendations. Dropped car Sunday pm, done Thursday with oem replacement bumper, straightened rear quarterpanel and necessary sensors (which all 3 shops indicated due to damage) and required paint matched perfectly. Cannot tell which side was the damaged one. Honest, efficient and skilled.”

“Nelson and Guy really helped this dad out of a big jamb. Sons car broke down on the highway near Nirelli's. Son was on the way home for the Christmas break from college. Buffalo is a 4 1/2 hour drive from our hometown near Detroit. Car was promptly diagnosed and ultimately was beyond repair for a blown head gasket. They allowed us to leave the car there for a week until my son could get his personal items from it. Also worked it out to help us get rid of the car. These guys are fantastic. Best in Class. “I brought my car to the Kia dealership to have a turn signal bulb replaced, oil change, and my inspection. Kia told me that my rear brakes were originals and at 15% so I would need them very soon. The cost I was quoted was almost $600, so I declined the service.
Per my father's recommendation, I brought my car into Ace for a second opinion on cost. I talked with Chris, and turns out I never needed brakes, nor were they originals, like I was told at Kia. My rear brakes were at 50%, and my fronts at 75%. Ace could have easily done them and charged me, but they were honest enough to call me and tell me that the service was not necessary.
