Very poor service, ridiculous rates, charges mileage at very high rate plus gas for local use. Save your money, go to Home Depot

Booked my rental weeks ago, and the day before my rental they changed the pick up location from Hamburg to Depew, forcing me to drive an extra 30 minutes each way to get it.
