About The Broad Street Suite
The Broad Street Suite is a place with a wonderful, very high quality breakfast. The food is exceptionally good and delicious. The atmosphere is nice and the location is amazing, right between campus and downtown. Service can be slow, but the host provides great communication and is very considerate. It is walkable to everything. Guests would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We spent two night at the Broad Street Suite while visiting our daughter at Colgate. Collette is an amazing host - great communication, and very considerate. The location is amazing, right between campus and downtown - walkable to everything! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Stopped here for a hearty breakfast before a Colgate University campus tour. Steak and eggs were very nice with a side of bacon. My daughter had a delicious omelette with some great home fries. Coffee was good and kept full and hot. Nice atmosphere and server was pleasant and prompt with the service.

This place makes a wonderful breakfast -- very high quality -- just be prepared to relax and enjoy it because the service is slow. Still, you'll be glad you waited. The food is exceptionally good. Ask them about the "sh*t on a shingle". It's better than it sounds, haha (low bar).
