“I highly recommend Enterprise in New Windsor on Route 32. The service I received was excellent. Shenoy Lilliard is a management trainee and she was the lovely lady that helped me with my rental car, I was in a car accident in December 2023 and Shenoy made the whole process so simple, it was a very hard time for me after being in a car accident, my nerves were shot , but Shenoy greeted me with such a caring and professional manner she just made the whole experience such a pleasure. Shenoy worked with me and went out of her way to locate a car for me that I was comfortable with, she was able to get me into a Nissan kick and made it so, ( I would be covered under my insurance ) and also Shenoy went and picked up the vehicle at another location andbrought it back to New Windsor for me, I only had to wait 30 minutes and I was on my way. If you are reading this review and need a car rental go visit Shenoy at Enterprise , you will not be disappointed, she’s the best ! Thank you Shenoy and Shawn for all your help with my rental car.
