“This meat market is located in an excellent location in downtown Mount Vernon. A little away from the Pavilion square area which is convenient for people coming from Hartly Park. The service is excellent even in the holiday season in which the small shop can fill up quickly. They have a variety of meats, some vegetables, juices, and Jamaican bread. Found this shop an ideal meat market business!”

After the owner made good on my previous experience, I returned and had a philly cheese steak. It wasn't steak, but thinly sliced roast beef, cheese and sauteed onions. It was delicious! Granted the owner was there to make sure I had a better experience, but I will definitely go back. Kudos to great customer service and the care and pride Willie has in his restaurants.
Roo wrap: chicken was dry as a bone and flavorless. No balsamic dressing as advertised. Sign said $10.99, I got charged $11.99 + tax.
The store has no flow and is extremely awkward to order, Narrow spaces to move around in, then wait, then pay in a totally different area.
Most of all, the food was disappointing.

“After looking for 'Quality Meat' at an affordable price, we Googled and found Mini's Prime Meats... This cozy meat market has fresh meats, and the kindest workers. They worked with my husband and I for a reasonable price for the holidays although at the current times-prices are extremely high... But, they were gracious enough to give us a very fair price for a family Thanksgiving roast. Plus they were detailed and gave the baking instructions on the receipt---Who does that!!! This is my new family meat market-If the prices are high--I'm certain they are the market rate, plus the service is so nice and I didn't smell meat which is a plus for a meat market... :) They not only have a new customer, they have a new generation of customers AND I'M ALMOST CERTAIN THAT'S THE GOAL FOR ANY BUSINESS!!!!
