I was ready to switch carriers after being a loyal customer for twenty years. However I needed a functioning device to do so. I went to my local Verizon for one last try. Needless to say, Zee restored my faith in Verizon and my device. BEST VISIT EVER.”
“We arrived at 4:30 pm on a Sunday afternoon after a disappointing visit to another Verizon store. We were greeted by Justin even though he was waiting on 2 other customers. My phone would not power on so I was very upset about losing data. Justin spoke with the help line to resolve another issue and worked on the new phone until 6:15 pm. Many thanks to Justin for a job well done and staying so late on a Sunday so I could go home with a new working phone!”

Erickwas absolutely incredible. He took the time to call AT&T customer service and worked through my billing issues until he was able to get my costs down. His patience, professionalism, and dedication really stood out.
The owner, Kirby, was just as impressive. He stepped in to assist and also contacted customer service to make sure everything was handled properly. It’s clear that he truly cares about both his customers and his staff.
Every time I visit this store, I receive excellent service and leave feeling taken care of. The team is knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely committed to helping. I can’t recommend this location highly enough—fantastic people and exceptional customer service all around!”

“I happen to go into the Westchester mall today to the Verizon store. I wasn’t intending on purchasing a phone but I did and I’m glad I did. I got the best service from Chris the sales rep. He sold me my new iPhone and I couldn’t be more happier he helped me an assisted me and setting everything up. I didn’t have to do a thing I did have to wait, but it was well worth it.
