It required soldering, which is intricate work, and some repair shops wouldn't even touch it. These guys were happy to help! Despite a complication with the repair, they handled it like pros! They fixed my IPAD cracked screen for much cheaper than Apple would and had it done within 2 hrs once the part came in! They kept me updated every step of the way as to when the part would arrive and how long the repair would take and even called me when it was ready. Everything seems to be working well now and they even took the time to try to remove some bending from the side of my IPAD from when it fell. They seem to care about the work they do and are a much cheaper option compared to the Apple Store for those costly repairs....”
