I was ready to switch carriers after being a loyal customer for twenty years. However I needed a functioning device to do so. I went to my local Verizon for one last try. Needless to say, Zee restored my faith in Verizon and my device. BEST VISIT EVER.”
“We arrived at 4:30 pm on a Sunday afternoon after a disappointing visit to another Verizon store. We were greeted by Justin even though he was waiting on 2 other customers. My phone would not power on so I was very upset about losing data. Justin spoke with the help line to resolve another issue and worked on the new phone until 6:15 pm. Many thanks to Justin for a job well done and staying so late on a Sunday so I could go home with a new working phone!”

“All I was going to do was discuss an issue that I was having with my bill and leave, instead I met a business woman, by the name of Lynn Serrano. She was highly intelligent in the services that she was providing and explaining towards me and I really felt as if I was being sold by every single word that she was saying to help get me to purchase and product and I can completely say that I was and will be going back tomorrow to make a purchase. I was planning to stay no longer than 10 minutes but ended up staying for an hour. Think about that. Amazing customer service, very sweet, skilled and well spoken. 10/10.”
“I walked in today because I had an on going issue with my phone for over a month and Jack handle it so professionally and made me feel very comfortable letting him fix the issue. “I had the misfortune of my cell phone falling into water which caused the board that holds the wifi and bluetooth to become damaged - no sim card error. I was devastated. Thankfully Belky (customer service rep) who was so knowledgeable and courteous was able to arrange for a replacement phone through my insurance (thankful I had it). The phone was received the very next day. Normally the data transfer from cell for to cell phone would be simple. However it could not be done without the wifi. Belky helped transfer the data which took awhile to do. She was very patient throughout the process. There were other issues that arose but she was able to handle it proficiently as well as efficiently. Because of her fine demeanor, I was inclined to inquire about other phone and watch offers which I purchased. Great customer service is a valuable asset to any company. AT&T should be proud to have her on their team. Although I I live close to another AT&T location, Scarsdale is my to go place for exceptional service. I will visit again to set up my new purchase. “I cannot even begin to list the reasons why I’m pleased with the service I received in this store today. We went in without an appointment to move four phones and an iPad from AT&T to them. On top of that two of the four phones were in other parts of Westchester. It was a lot of work. Our representative Ron was absolutely outstanding. He handled EVERYTHING. And I mean everything. It took a few hours to do it all and he did it professionally, thoroughly, kindly and with a smile. Many hours after leaving the store we had an issue with one of the phones that was not with us and we called to see if he was still there. Not only did he take the call but he told us exactly what to do and it took less than a minute to fix. Thank you Ron and the rest of the staff at this location.”
