Erickwas absolutely incredible. He took the time to call AT&T customer service and worked through my billing issues until he was able to get my costs down. His patience, professionalism, and dedication really stood out.
The owner, Kirby, was just as impressive. He stepped in to assist and also contacted customer service to make sure everything was handled properly. It’s clear that he truly cares about both his customers and his staff.
Every time I visit this store, I receive excellent service and leave feeling taken care of. The team is knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely committed to helping. I can’t recommend this location highly enough—fantastic people and exceptional customer service all around!”

“I happen to go into the Westchester mall today to the Verizon store. I wasn’t intending on purchasing a phone but I did and I’m glad I did. I got the best service from Chris the sales rep. He sold me my new iPhone and I couldn’t be more happier he helped me an assisted me and setting everything up. I didn’t have to do a thing I did have to wait, but it was well worth it. Dijon was on the side, making jokes and making the customers happy as well. They are a great team.”

She was highly intelligent in the services that she was providing and explaining towards me and I really felt as if I was being sold by every single word that she was saying to help get me to purchase and product and I can completely say that I was and will be going back tomorrow to make a purchase. I was planning to stay no longer than 10 minutes but ended up staying for an hour. Think about that. Amazing customer service, very sweet, skilled and well spoken. 10/10.”
