I have been going here for years, since I was in the pediatric department so for over 15 years. The level of care from the people at the front desk has alarmingly decreased. I had an urgent case that needed to be seen by a doctor today whom called me and told me to come in as she had open availability or I would have to go to the ER. As I was on the highway there was an accident and I called to inform the front desk I would be 3-5 minutes late. Since I cannot control the flow of traffic, I assumed this would be okay as it was made mention of in my notes that this was an urgent visit. Once I finally get through to someone, his name is Marco, he immediately has a horrible attitude. I inform him I will be 3-5 minutes late due to a car accident on the highway. He tells me he is canceling my appointment and I am quite confused at this point as the doctor who scheduled me said she had availability all day and urgently needed to see me. I explained this to him and he decided the best thing to do was to hang up on me.I will never ever bother going here despitebthe quality of care I have received from some of the doctors. Since I sit here in pain, possibly having to go to the ER, all because some man at the front desk was on a power trip.

If I can give this facility a negative star I would. I just received my lab work via us mail. Dr. Yuen does not even have the decency to call and go over mybresults so it's up to me to try and decipher my test results. They should pull her medical license. I have never in my 60 years of living dealt with a doctor like this. I still have no understanding of what my results are..I bet I will get a bill in the mail demanding money. I have now have to pay another doctor to decipher my results. I wouldn't go to this horrible facility if it was the last one in the world. Absolutely the worst experience. Do not go to this place!

I have been a patient at Scarsdale Medical group since 2017 and have had great care from my doctors in podiatry, dermatology, primary care, endocrinology, and gastroenterology. The support staff has been satisfactory to excellent. I will continue to use their services.

This is the worst place to deal with. Endless automated menu, no one ever answers, they tell you to leave your number and somone will call back. Better off going to a private medical practice than dealing with this impersonal machine.

I've been with the Scarsdale medical group for over 5 years and I am very satisfied with my care. Sure there's been a few times that a bit of a wait or slow call back, but overall my care has been very good. I've have doctors in podiatry, dermatology, endocrinology, gastroenterology, and family practice.

Unfortunately, this practice is falling to pieces. I received a very nasty message from one of the doctors, Dr. Hung, saying that I had harassed her staff. When in fact, I was crying and the staff was doing all they could to comfort me. Something got lost in translation, and I was shocked to receive such a horrible message from this particular doctor, whom I followed from another practice and have been seeing for 10 years plus. I had received some heartbreaking news about a close family members health, called the office in tears. The doctor was off (Wednesday) to be back Thursday to return my call. Staff was saying prayer for me on the phone! Thursday came while I was at work I received the worst message a woman could expect to get from her gynecologist whom she followed from another practice! Dr. Hung needs a continuing education class on how to be nice to your patients and leave a sympathetic message at least when cancer is involved. This is the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with the doctor in my entire life! What a horrible woman she is! And forget about trying to get through on the phone, It’s impossible

A receptionist that's not normally at the 600 location was super nasty and unprofessional. I mistakenly thought my appointment was at 11:30 as per usual and didn't realize it was at 11 am. She contacted me to inform me I had missed my appointment. I said I was right outside and was on the way in because I thought it was for 11:30. She said let me see if they could see you. I thought I heard her say I'll call you back. After waiting for 5 minutes, I decided to call her back to see if they would see me. With an attitude, she said I told you to come in. I apologized for not hearing her right. She said I already called you once, I would not call you again. I went inside and she was even nastier. No person should be treated that way, especially a pregnant woman. A simple we had miscommunication would have sufficed.

Horrible and rude follow ups/callbacks. I’ve been with this group for over 20 years but lately the service has declined to non existent.This medical group is run like a factory. It’s shameful!If you have a condition where you need to be in touch with your medical team, this would not be the best choice.

I arrived 10 mins late to my appointment and they said it was too late and they cancelled it. However, other times I have to wait 20+ in the office for my turn and it’s perfectly fine. Unbelievable.

The staff at the front desk is horrible, love the doctors but front desk doesn’t work great when it’s busy they are mean and dismissive we paying to give the best health care and they are rude to us .

Great doctors. Highest quality medical care. However the office operates like a Medicaid clinic. It’s impossible to get anyone on the phone. Appointments are booked out several months. I was told today they are booking Physicals for March of next year. This is September. I’m very disappointed in the back office and scheduling process.
