I never had an my issues to enter or exit the facility. Easy to pay and manage everything via email or phone call. Also they have plenty of cameras and there is a police station right beside their building. I would highly recommend it.”

I had no room at home for all of this, so I investigated the Extra Space facility in Glen Head, NY.
I was greeted by a delightful Manager, Jeff Post. He explained the sizes, pricing, and showed me how to navigate around the facility.
When I decided on an appropriate size, he showed me to the nearest locker.
The signup was simple and straightforward.
When I moved in, I was greeted by the Asst Manager, Joe Hylas. Working with Joe was another delighful experience.
ExtraSpace runs a top-notch business with an extraordinary customer service oriented staff.
Keep in mind, the introductory price is just that. Expect a price increase in a few months.
Using Extra Space solved my temporary storage problem. Don't hesitate!

Everyone at Westy's couldn't have been more helpful, efficient and fast at a very trying time in my life. I had a flood and had to move out and then back in to my condo after the floor was replaced and other repairs were done. They helped me coordinate everything so the dates would work and they could not have done a better job. You can be very proud of these employees. “Today for the first time I use the moving company two men and a truck. Anthony and Dave arrived exactly at 9 o’clock. I was told they would arrive between 9 and 10 AM. The job was done quickly, accurately, and professionally. It was a very local move from one town in Westchester to the other side. I moved a couch, loveseat and ottoman and two TVs to a Friends house. The final cost of the move was pretty online with the estimate they gave me on the phone. I believe it was $25 difference. I was very very happy with the service provided. I would definitely recommend.”
“I used Westy's White Plains (WP) for a few months and had a great experience with Doug who provided excellent service and later Rita who was very understanding and supportive of my unfolding circumstances. They were professional.
Westy's WP is clean, and climate controlled. I liked that they don't increase their prices after a few months and especially that they have a month-free running promotion. However, the only downside is that they are too pricy, they open late and close too early.
In my view, closing late would add value -especially to their working clients - and I hope this is something the management should consider.
I would rent the space again.”
