“Public Storage on 5th Ave New Rochelle NY is a great storage facility. I’ve been here for almost seven years and it has consistently been very clean, the people who work in the office have always been helpful and with a pleasant attitude and the location is low traffic and beautiful.”
“Great service, I called a bunch of times with questions since I was shopping around, and the folks at the New Rochelle location were very helpful. I showed up in person and got set up within 5-10 mins with everything I needed. Great rates at least for the first 6 months (I paid in advance to lock it in), hope the rates don’t go up much after that.”

“I had a very positive experience with Safeguard Self Storage.
The facility was clean, secure, and well-maintained throughout the time I rented there. What really stood out, however, was the customer service. Warren at the Weyman location was consistently professional, helpful, and friendly. Whenever I had questions or needed assistance, he went above and beyond to make the process easy and stress-free.
My only suggestion for improvement would be to consider creating a loyalty program or incentives for long-term customers. It would be a great way to recognize customers who remain with the company for multiple years.
Overall, I would recommend Self Storage to anyone looking for a reliable storage solution. Thank you to Warren and the team for providing excellent service over the years.”
