The two ladies who worked during the event were so helpful, professional, sweet, and incredibly welcoming. They made sure everything ran smoothly and that our guests felt comfortable.

When I walked in, I was immediately greeted by the owner. She was warm, friendly, and told me that although what I was looking for was limited in stock, I had other options. She showed me around, and then told me to take my time looking around the store.
I browsed around, and found three great arts and craft items for my 7 year old great niece which I’m sure she’s going to love!
When I got to the register to pay, the owner asked if I would like to have the items gift wrapped. I was surprised, and said yes.
Not only does this toy store have great gifts, but the owner provides EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I will be back!”

“My favorite bookstore! They had a great selection and everything is organized is very well. It doesn't feel overwhelming when you step inside like some other places. Even if I'm not purchasing book, I love to just go in and walk around! If they don't have the book you're looking for, they'll order it for you and they typically come in by the following week. Huge fan of this place, I always recommend it when people are looking for a bookstore!”

The store has not only an impecable selection of European toys, I also has cool fun activity toys and play sets. I can tell the owner has her heart and soul in her store. “Omg this place is a lifesaver!!! My sister who graduated wanted one gift only , a Graduation egg from
jellycat. I searched far and wide for it , no one had it in stock including Jellycat, and I didn’t want to wait for shipping . I Found the exact graduation egg jellycat I have been searching all week for only 17 mins from my home . Staff was super helpful and the store itself looked very aesthetically pleasing and well organized. A child’s dream !!! I for sure will return to let my children select some gifts”

“Just wanted to give a shout out to Ron at BigTop. PartyCity never showed up with balloons for my daughters birthday. I went to BigTop at 8:30am with the party starting at 10am. Ron made the exact balloons we needed (40) and made it easy to transport them quickly home. He had great advice and knowledge to make sure the balloons looked great. Thanks so much!! “Unobtrusive but they have all sorts of handy stuff, like calligraphy pens and environmentally friendly notebooks. Interesting that others comment how friendly the staff is: I have always found them extremely unfriendly: they never say hi, never smile, never even look at me until I get to the cashier. But they're not unkind; they just pay zero attention to customers, in my experience.”

I went again yesterday Dec. 5 and theyre fully stocked with X-Mas items. Beautifully stocked.”

Pro Tips:
•The store follows guidelines to what they're allowed to take as donations.
Ex: Popular or trending items/ items in season or high demand/ etc.
You won't be able to sell your used summer sandals in the winter but an old pair of gently used boots would more likely be accepted.
•There's a donation bin in the next lot over if you don't sell all of your items.
•Returns are good for 7 days with the tags.
•Books are always buy 2 get 1free
•All yellow tagged clearance items are $1
•You can find information on sales on the racks themselves (usually on the top rack/shelf)
Ex: Sleepers buy 2 get 1 free
•They'll only accept strollers/wagons that were manufactured in the last 5 years
That's about it so far, but the information makes the shopping experience so much easier! Especially for busy parents who have so many other things on their minds.”
