Having been Verizon customers for over a decade, upgrade season has historically been fraught with issues. We initially came to this store to discuss our upgrading options, but thanks to Joseph and Tyrone, we ended up adding a line and getting 2 free upgrades-- something we have never done, especially on the spot, in the past. This store is extremely lucky to have Joseph, who was incredibly patient with us and talked through all of our options for over an hour. He is warm, personable, knoweldgable, and a wonderful representative for Verizon- the company should do whatever they can to keep him around.Tyrone was also very friendly and answered a few outstanding questions we had towards the end of our full day of plan changes. He is an asset to this store.We will definitely be back, all thanks to Joseph and Tyrone. Thank you, both!!

This should be -1,000,000,000,000.Getting a cell phone at that store was the worst experience in my life.Do not go near that place!Forget about the hours and hours you have to wait and the things that they don't give you that you need.When I got a new phone instead of transferring all my data, it disappeared, and I spent hours trying to get it back.I called Verizon itself which says that that store really has nothing to do with the real Verizon.No customer service to speak of.The manager is a dolt!If they could all stop admiring the dozens of tatts they display, they might be able to pay attention to their customers.They have made my life absolutely miserable as I have had to go in and change every single password and every single username.I also wound up with my insurance canceled.What a nightmare!

ZERO Stars. This store is running on pure incompetence. There's a reason for the one star reviews, because a zero star rating is not available. The store is run by a bunch of punks whom do not deserve anyones commission for purchases. Go to another Verizon store and give them your business. In the big picture it is Verizons fault for employing the manager(s) whom in turn employ the associates and 'manage' them. Shame on them for allowing this behavior and culture, but they are not there babysitting and condoning this type of operation 24/7.

After the store in Yonkers pretended it was impossible to cancel a deceased person's account, the gentleman at this store helped me get it done in about five minutes. And was nice about it.

It was okay. The rep was sure to remind us that our phones were at least 5 generations behind. The rep was also mistaken with regards to why my bill had gone up. At no time did he attempt to offer any options for an upgrade or pan options. It almost seemed we were not his ideal customer.

I have had four lines with Verizon for several years. I was truly shocked and insulted by the rudeness and unprofessionalism of the staff, and particularly the manager. She said her name was Marcella, and I see there are several other posts and comments about her behavior and yet nothing seems to be done. She laughed in me and my father's faces when we asked for service--I do not exaggerate. Said she did not care if we leave. Stood around chatting with another coworker while we waited and actively mocked us. Never in my life have I been treated so rudely and unprofessionally. I am in utter shock that a company would employ such a rude staff, let alone have someone so lacking in professionalism represent them as a store manager. With so many alternatives, I see no reason I shouldn't do exactly what the manager told me to do, and go elsewhere.

The staff was WONDERFUL - especially Joseph (my phone helper!) & the manager whose name I never learned. Sorry! BUT this site is NOT HANDICAP usable. How does Verizon get away with it? Their stools are NOT SUITABLE for shorter people, are totally uncomfortable & HURT. We have to be there for some time - there is NOT A CHAIR IN SITE. They offer low bench and 2 backless stools under a fat table. It is a disgrace in this day to allow this & for such a wealthy company to just not give a damn. What is wrong with NY STATE? With Greenburgh? How dare they allow this. These are not 5 minute visits- I was there over 2 hours & have to go back. That part is understandable/ I’m not the generation of techies - but at least GIVE ME A PLACE TO SIT!! Gov Hochel, get competent people inspecting these mega stores. What a disgrace.

You know I’ve been with Verizon and going to Verizon stores for 14 plus years. I couldn’t be more of a loyal Verizon customer at this point. This store has completely changed my opinion of Verizon stores. I understand now everything is over the phone but once in a while it’s nice to have an in store experience. They don’t acknowledge you, no be right with you sir, nasty attitudes. I’ve been in retail for 10 plus years. If I ever treated my clients this was I’d be fired a long time ago. This store is completely understaffed. Sad day for my Verizon love.

I worked with Joseph and Brandon and they were both very helpful and helped me resolve my issue. I’m glad I went to the store in person and I should have gone sooner. Will be back.

This is the worst Verizon wireless I’ve ever walked in. At approximately 3:15 PM yesterday I entered I was greeted by the nastiest and most sarcastic representative. I explained that I was on hold with customer service for over an hour due to a billing error. I was informed that there would be a 45 minutes wait, of which I wasn’t so happy, he said sarcasticallyWould you like for me to ask the customers ahead of you if you could cut them? What a disgusting human being.

OMG this is the worst place in the are the staff is over worked. And customers sitting and standing for long time especially elderly people. This place is disgusting few young people who don’t care about anything your time. Or anything ..OMG very disgusting.

I was there for 2.5 hours today getting a new phone. The people helping me left towards the end of the process to go on break but didn't tell me they were leaving or provide a warm handoff with other staff to help us finish up. Welp, something went wrong and some of my texts are going to my new phone, and some of them are going to my old phone, and now I have to go back again tomorrow.
