After the store in Yonkers pretended it was impossible to cancel a deceased person's account, the gentleman at this store helped me get it done in about five minutes. And was nice about it.

It was okay. The rep was sure to remind us that our phones were at least 5 generations behind. The rep was also mistaken with regards to why my bill had gone up. At no time did he attempt to offer any options for an upgrade or pan options. It almost seemed we were not his ideal customer.

I worked with Joseph and Brandon and they were both very helpful and helped me resolve my issue. I’m glad I went to the store in person and I should have gone sooner. Will be back.
