“'m giving it 4 stars because I love this laundromat; I've been going there since 2011. But since they renovated it, I'm super happy. Excellent services. Very clean. Very organized. The washing machines wash very well. They are large and spacious. And the dryers also come in three different sizes, which is essential and important. Before, I used to go during the day, but I stopped because the woman who used to work there with the previous owner is disgusting. She yelled at my children because they dropped some snacks on the floor. Even though I, as their mother, picked them up, she was still speaking loudly to us. It's as if she hates children, and everything bothers her. To avoid stopping going to the laundromat altogether, I decided to go at night, and I'm happy and comfortable now. That's why I wrote this review, and I want the owner to recognize the great work of one of his employees. Her name is Gladis, and she's from Guatemala. I go during the night shift on weekdays, and she is very kind. She is attentive to any help you might need. When she's cleaning, she's very careful to make sure customers don't slip and fall. Since I met her, I always try to go on the days she's working because she makes me feel comfortable. If the owner sees this, you have a great employee. She deserves a raise. She is exceptional, polite, and respectful. I've grown fond of her because it's hard to find people like her, and I truly appreciate it.”

“Awesome dry cleaner. I have had suits dry cleaned here. I am very particular with where I bring my items as I have had some bad experiences with some other dry cleaners. Hom's has been excellent from day 1 and very consistent with their level of service. I HIGHLY recommend them.”

“I generally do not dry clean my clothes, but I did bring some wool jackets here that needed cleaning. They were very professional and did a great job. I wanted to make sure that I was not putting chemicals into my clothes, so this wet clean option is the best I could find. I'd definitely recommend them.”

“Been going there since they opened but have gone to others in between such as a place in Greenlawn which uses the name “Greenlawn Cleaners” as well as by “Eco Cleaners” at 51 Broadway which is a disastrous nightmare.
Always returned here to Tylili as they are competent, reliable and honest cleaners as well as reasonable & friendly.”
“This is a great Laundromat. I've had pick up & delivery service & the clothes come back clean and perfectly folded. I can't fold laundry like that.
But you can if you want to go in and do your own laundry.
They are a valuable asset to the community.”

“Awesome place . Staff is helpful & will let you know if a machine is broken & if I forget something behind when I leave , like my detergent they’ll tell me . Clothes come out great & smell much better than doing it at home . They have an app where you can pay for the machines instead of using quarters . They had it all day and when I went to pick it up they said it couldn't be fixed. My friend told me about Best Cleaners and dropped my jacket off . The next day it was fixed , brand new perfect . “Come prepared. This is an old school laundromat. You have to come with cash. The machines need 4 dollars in quarters to run. No worries they have a machine to turn your bills in to quarters. There is no Apple Pay or electronic payment options that were obvious to me. Also you will need quarters for dryers as well.”

“I received a brand new full length, pleated dress in the mail. Uknowingly, the side invisible zipper was broken. I needed to wear the dress the next day to a funeral. I brought the dress to them in the morning shortly after opening. The tailor replaced with a stronger invisible zipper and pressed it. I was charged $35. I thought it was high for a zipper change, but because it was done in several hours and ironed to perfection i didn't complain. The clerk at the front desk was helpful, pleasant and informative. They even let my husband pick up the dress for me without a ticket or ticket number.”
