“The gentleman at the meat department are very nice. About 2 weeks ago, I asked about pork loin to make pulled pork and they didn't have much on display. Even though this person was extremely busy, I interrupted him nicely and he made me the most beautiful pork loin. I can't recall if it was 3 lbs but it was under $10!! The one I was going to choose was 5 lb. It had a lot of fat on it and it was $22 and it was lesser quality of pork. I wish I asked for his name. Because I wanted to thank him for his excellent service.”

The person that helped me gave me suggestions, toldMe his favorite, how to cook it, and then wrapped them so I could cook some and freeze some. After following his directions I will say the NY Strip I cooked was PERFECT and one of the best pieces of meat I've ever had.
