He measured me for size and brought out several pairs for me to try on, allowing me to take as much time as I needed. He ordered a pair from the warehouse for me and called as soon as they were in. When I went back, I was helped by James. Equally as nice and also offered great customer service like Mike did. Prices were competitive, so there is no reason to go anywhere else for sneakers!”

“I have used Schwabs Second Wind as my go to place for sneakers for the last several years. I am especially difficult to fit given that I have extra wide flat feet, supination, wear custom orthotics and have had 3 major foot surgeries in the last 3 1/2 years.
The team at Schwabs is knowledgeable, patient, informative and professional. They never let you leave until you have footwear that fits well and is appropriate for the conditions unique to each customer. They have custom ordered sneakers for me that upon arrival were not conducive to my needs or interests and never flinch if I ask to try a different product.
My last 3 experiences, Claire has been the person working most closely with me. She is a superstar! After two visits, trying on MULTIPLE style sneakers in various sizes, she and her teammate got me fitted into a pair of Ghost Max 3. They fit amazingly well out of the box and are comfortable even with my custom orthotics inserted.

“If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!!! The two gentlemen that were working this evening (6/25/26) were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and incredibly patient helping me pick out a pair of boots. I forgot to get their names, but they were amazing. I work in a warehouse for about 12ish hours a day, and they helped me select the best boot for the job. They were also very knowledgeable on selecting the right kind of shoe inserts, resoling and repairing of my current pair. Overall, this location and this brand has another lifetime customer guaranteed.”

“Boutique shoe store that seems to specialize in very comfortable shoes. Top name brands, and the most comfortable models in those brands. Selection is quite limited, but it's understandable for such a small store. But the selection is still quite impressive, and I'm sure you're going to find at least one pair of shoes that you like. During our first visit we bought four pairs of shoes. Not bad, considering that we only intended to browse the selection. We were so impressed with the high quality service from staff members Tracy and Sophia, that we came back two more times, each time bringing my 83-year-old mother who was just as impressed with the wonderful and attentive service that we received from the staff. So, between the three of us, we wound up buying 11 pairs of shoes in just three visits. Wow! I can't believe it myself considering what a cheapskate I am. LOL ?. We are definitely going to shop here again when we need new shoes ?.”

“This is a great place to shop! The people are very helpful you get to physically see and try on your apparel before purchasing. So if you’re tired of dealing with mail order apparel this place is for you.
If you are man that falls outside the standard body sizes found at most retailers and find it difficult to keep up appearances when you go out, this is the place for you! I’m 6’5” tall and 400lbs. This store never lets me down. They can digitally scan your body and provide the ultimate fitting apparel based on that scan, so shopping for a suit was quick and easy, a 52” waist, no problem! Do you need casual ware, no problem.
If you’re a craftsman looking for working man’s clothes good luck because you won’t find Carhartt here.”

Venue is on the second floor with the first floor welcoming you to a historical museum show casing some incredible jazz memorabilia. I highly recommend you pay this place a visit.”

“Roger found me my favorite pair of shoes that has (unfortunately) been discontinued by the company. I have been wearing this particular style for years in numerous colors and they have been daily shoes in all aspects of my life. I have been hoping to track down a couple of pairs and a made a stop last week. Roger took the time out of his day to help me and managed to track down one of the last remaining pairs (in the color I wanted!)
