“I had a fantastic experience at Towne Line Veterinary group with my dog Riley. Riley is 17 years old and was acting very sluggish and sleeping all the time. I honestly thought he might be dying. I brought him in and Drs. Gurtman and Kothari did blood work on him, cleaned his teeth and gave him antibiotics. By the next day, it was like I had my old dog back. He was enjoying his walks again, joining the family in the TV room, eating better and so much happier. I really appreciate the way they listened to me and how much they helped Riley get back to himself. I highly recommend them.”

I was able to make an appointment for the same day and unlike the place around the corner they didn’t require a fee in order for me to make an appointment. I definitely had a great experience, I would definitely use them again and refer friends and family. Pricing was also good”

“I’m so glad I found Head to Tail Animal Hospital. I moved to the Brookhaven area about six years ago and continued traveling 30 minutes to my old veterinarian because I couldn’t find a place I truly trusted—or a doctor who made me feel comfortable. That changed with my very first visit to Dr. Cohen. I never feel rushed, pressured, or dismissed. Dr. Cohen is incredibly genuine, and her entire staff is consistently pleasant and welcoming. I’ve since transferred all of my pets to their care. What stands out most is that they listen to understand, not just to respond. At other veterinary offices, I often felt pushed into unnecessary tests or procedures, and when I explained that something wasn’t financially feasible, I felt dismissed. That has never happened here. Instead, we take things one step at a time to figure out what’s going on and determine the best way to move forward. Thank you to everyone at Head to Tail Animal Hospital for providing such thoughtful, compassionate care.”

“Several years ago, I got my female’s ears recropped by Dr Fitzgerald and she fixed them to be much better from what a previous vet had done. Almost 3 years later, my female had her first litter after much work and planning, and I knew from the start where I was going to take all her puppies. Dr Fitzgerald did an AMAZING job on all 5 puppies and I could not be more excited to see what the end result is. I kept one from the litter and if she continues to develop nicely, I will show her!”

She doesn't manipulate you into getting unnecessary things that won't help your vet reach a diagnosis. And if what is needed is something out of her expertise, she will provide a referral to a trusted expert. I have the utmost respect and appreciation for Dr. Cronin and her friendly staff. Because it's a small practice, don't wait until the last minute to make an appointment. However, if you need to be seen same day, call and many times they will do their best to accommodate you. This is a great and loving practice.”

She was kind and gentle with my boy and took her time, I felt as if we were the only patient there as she didn’t rush us out to move on to next. She didn’t push for any unnecessary procedures but again offered options and seemed genuinely concerned for my dog and his well being. We came up with a game plan that I am happy with and I would highly recommend Dr Ragusa!”

“I own a Shiba Inu. That should say enough. But, he also has some disabilities after suffering a few seizures. I have been using North Shore Animal Center for daycare and intend to use them for boarding soon as my family goes on vacation. Normally my family members would care for him and that can sometimes be challenging. It is very hard to find service for dogs that need medication daily and that aren’t mixed with the other dogs. As I toured the center, I felt very calm with Sarah. She listened and attended to all of my concerns. All of the dogs on site looked very happy as well . Whenever I drop off and pick up my dog, he is always smiling. It is a huge relief to find extra support.”
