“KBS did my kitchen and a half bath in Fall 2019. I wrote a good review at the time which was accurate. I updated the review in December 2021 because a problem I was having with the cabinet door was going unaddressed. The cabinet manufacturer, UltraCraft, took no responsibility for their product. However, KBS finally (after hocking them) replaced my door after almost a year of going back and forth. Bottom line for me is that KBS did a great design job (thank you Marianna), provided me with good communication during the project (thank you Denise) and did a perfect installation. On time and pretty much on budget. I stand by my initial good review in spite of the cabinet issue that I had. KBS resolved it. They get points for that. It will be worth your time to check out KBS if you're planning a renovation.”

“This location is on the smaller size but conveniently located next to a TJX. Interestingly the two stores are not connected internally as they sometimes are at some locations when they are side by side. There is also a Marshalls on the other side of the lot making this the ultimate maxxinista shopping trifecta.”
“When we were renovating our Kitchen, we searched high and low to find a particular floor look I had envisioned but couldn’t find anywhere. Terra was our last stop and should have been our first. We met Sophia Multari and she understood instantly the look we were trying to create. She not only had the flooring we were looking for but helped choose the backsplash, the cabinet colors and the countertop too. Terra has it all and Sophia is a brilliant designer. She also pointed us in the direction of their fabrication shop to find a very specific stone look we needed for our bathroom for the top of the bathtub & the saddles in the shower. I can’t believe the months of anguish we spent going to other places including stone yards for remnant pieces and other tile shops when all we had to do was click our heels and come to Terra Tile. Prices comparable and just not worth the headache of sourcing around when Terra has it all.”

More importantly, their staff is more than happy to help homeowners, like myself find exactly what you might need. Nico helped me find the linkage so that my 35 year old tub’s drain will once again work properly! While I was there as a homeowner at 7:30 in the morning, everyone else entering their store were plumbers and contractors! If you like to do your own hone repairs on your plumbing or if you want to save some money and buy what your plumber might need for a repair, check out this great store!”

“I’m leaving this review because I feel that the average review is too low on this place. We’ve visited Best a number of times and they provided materials for a major bathroom renovation. The staff was very helpful and we returned our unused fixtures for a refund, minus a reasonable restocking fee. We even returned a towel rack a year later because we had forgotten about it, with no problem. You may need to wait for assistance if you arrive with no appointment, but they have a list so you can get assistance in order of your arrival. Their selection is really nice and helps you decide what you want for your project. I highly recommend Best.”
