The owner, Rich was personally involved even after he sold me the cabinets and countertop. I chose to use my own contractor and Rich was very responsive. He sent us a few videos to demonstrate the correct way of installing cabinets and crown molding. I give 5 stars and 2 thumbs up!!!”

“KBS did my kitchen and a half bath in Fall 2019. I wrote a good review at the time which was accurate. I updated the review in December 2021 because a problem I was having with the cabinet door was going unaddressed. The cabinet manufacturer, UltraCraft, took no responsibility for their product. However, KBS finally (after hocking them) replaced my door after almost a year of going back and forth. Bottom line for me is that KBS did a great design job (thank you Marianna), provided me with good communication during the project (thank you Denise) and did a perfect installation. On time and pretty much on budget. I stand by my initial good review in spite of the cabinet issue that I had. KBS resolved it. They get points for that. It will be worth your time to check out KBS if you're planning a renovation.”

Nico helped me find the linkage so that my 35 year old tub’s drain will once again work properly! While I was there as a homeowner at 7:30 in the morning, everyone else entering their store were plumbers and contractors! If you like to do your own hone repairs on your plumbing or if you want to save some money and buy what your plumber might need for a repair, check out this great store!”

They have a tremendous selection in their warehouse, and he helped us find one we liked and arranged to have it delivered in days. (You can see their stock on their website at build dot com.)”
“I’m leaving this review because I feel that the average review is too low on this place. We’ve visited Best a number of times and they provided materials for a major bathroom renovation. The staff was very helpful and we returned our unused fixtures for a refund, minus a reasonable restocking fee. We even returned a towel rack a year later because we had forgotten about it, with no problem. You may need to wait for assistance if you arrive with no appointment, but they have a list so you can get assistance in order of your arrival. Their selection is really nice and helps you decide what you want for your project. I highly recommend Best.”
