“Normally I get pretty good service here however on my last two trips the service was not so good they were delays and I was sold the wrong part it was not a problem returning it however again there was another delay the person did not seem very knowledgeable in the part I needed ( radiator cap) it took a long time for the person to find the part and when I was given the part it turned out to be the wrong one. Maybe this is just an isolated incident however maybe it was just that particular person however it was a inconvenience to me.”
