“First service on my 23 Ford Maverick XLT and though I did not buy my truck at Hempstead Ford, they are closer to my home and tended to everything perfectly. Oil change, NY Inspection, and the unfortunate recalls all taken care of in handy fashion. A faulty battery (I understand also an issue for the 22-23 model years) meant they needed a day to diagnose and replace, but it was all taken care of in the time I was told and they worked to get me back in my truck straight away.
No complaints here and I will happily use Hempstead Ford Service for my truck at least as long as it's under warranty.
*Update - I have continued to rely on Hempstead Ford for my scheduled service and I still have no complaint.”

“The car: I bought a pre-owned 2023 Wrangler Sahara 4xe a month ago. Wanted to wait a bit before writing a review. I've put over 1,000 miles and have over a quarter of a tank left. Just charge it every opportunity I get. When on electric it's super quiet. Freedom panels can come off and on in under 5 minutes. Has brought back fun into driving and my kids love riding along. The dealership: Every dealership is there to make a profit but if you shop around first you can get a good deal. Garden City Jeep is aggressive in pricing online so I felt the listed price was very reasonable. I got a full history of the car and everything was very transparent. Nasir, my salesperson, has been extremely helpful, super nice, and on top of the paperwork. Jessica at the front desk is a sweetheart. My experience has been very positive and planning to do my service there.”
“Went to Village Auto Clinic for a complete new set of brakes & putting on a ride height sensors on my car. They took their time & made sure that everything was correctly & properly install, let alone have you my old brakes were completely rusty & beatup. No issues, car runs smooth & rides great. “Mario and his wife are absolute lifesavers! The staff is welcoming, professional and truly care about their customers. This shop makes sure your car doesn’t sit around longer than necessary. They get you in and out in a reasonable time depending on the situation.
They found the part I needed and installed it the same day. I originally went to another shop that completely messed up my car after a clutch install. My shifter cables were delayed and ended up being the wrong part, and that shop tried to overcharge me. Quoting over $300 more for the part and $400 for labor.
I came here for a second opinion, had my car towed over right away and i’m so glad I did. They made sure the job was done right, kept me informed throughout the process and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. They even corrected several mistakes the other shop made.
I’ll definitely be bringing my car back here for any future work. Highly recommend this shop!”

“He's the best!! He used to be stationed in Roosevelt and had to relocate here. No games, no gimmicks. You pull up he checks a few minor things before wasting your time hooking your car up to the machine and let you know what you need to do in order to pass NYS inspection. You're in and out. He may fix the minor issues if it's a service that he offers.”
