“Ran into car issues in the wee hours of the morning and needed a 24/7 hr tow service. When this company say 24/7, they actually do mean 24/7, unlike some others that say that they are 24/7 but they are surely not. I called Staying Connected Towing and I got the nicest person to tow my car: Ty. Ty was very professional and accommodating. He towed my car from Queens 105 precinct to the Bronx. I did not travel with him as i still had stuff to take care of back in Queens. He kept me updated by letting me know when he arrived at the drop off address, where he would be parking my vehicle and where i would find the key. Awesome ...he also advised my 6yr old son how to start his own tow truck business as my son had said that he wanted to be a tow truck driver as the job looks so cool .
