Their sandwiches have the most meat from any store from Hempstead to Freeport including any town in between! I purchased a grill chicken salad & when I was told $9 I thought out was a little steep. However, as soon as I felt the weight on my tray I knew it was more than worth it! I couldn't even eat it am at once! La Nueva Espinal Grocery is my go to spot! I walk pass others store just to La Nueva Espinal Grocery! ❤❤❤ They are #BLOCWORK approved!”

“Love this place! They are always open and I can make a quick pitstop and pick up a last minute item. That includes holidays. Today is Thanksgiving most places are closed. This place is open until 5pm. I believe they’re even open on Christmas definitely Christmas Eve. This is my go to place for last minute wrapping paper and creative gift ideas. Clean store, great service, friendly faces.”
