“What a relaxing afternoon! Spent some screen free time peacefully creating a terrarium with my son. He was fully immersed and fully engaged. The atmosphere was clean, inviting and engaging with many options to choose from. While you are free to upgrade, the standard option served us well and our guide was helpful and attentive while still giving us space to enjoy our time together. I will definitely back.”

“Wow! this place the energy is so amazing from the brothers to the workers they’re so kind and knowledgeable with what they’re selling the plants is so fresh and lively anything you looking for from soil to plants inside and outside durable pots and all essentials needed they got it. My husband and I always go their every saturday and purchase their plants or just browse looking for a certain plant, and they always got it because they got quality and a variety.

“Great to buy cyclamen flowers now. They are continually blooming. Put them indoors by your window sill. Once it stops blooming, everything will die out because the plant will be dormant for a few months. Just leave it on the window sill for sun exposure and keep watering it. It will start to sprout leaves and then flowers sometime in spring or summer. Remember that any plant that sprouts from a bulb for the most part regrow. Try it, and I'm sure you will love it!”
“I called Doreen s florist n wanted a beautiful arrangement for my friend. I just told her my price range. A weave basket No carnations n bright flowers. I left it up to her to put together. Well it was absolutely beautiful arrangement . Everyone who saw it asked where I got it. They told me they will now buy flowers from Doreen . And my friend said it truly brightened up her day. And I called her at the last minute n she exceeded more then I could imagine.”

“A very down to earth nursery with a fairly priced large selection. The owners are very friendly and helpful. We very much enjoyed our first visit here, will definitely be coming back in the April for their roses. CASH & CHECKS ONLY.We were told that they open year-around, they will have pumpkins in the fall and Christmas trees in the winter. Roses will be potted up in March and put out in April.”
“We have been going here since we moved to the area. Best tree selection for Christmas. New owner Andrew help us last year and was happy to find out he is now an owner of this business. He’s got great knowledge and is beyond helpful. Prices of tree were even better than last year. When I mentioned to him that I was surprised he told me he was able to save on his purchasing which he is passing back to the customer”

“Zaino's is part of our family holiday tradition. For the last 7 years, my wife and I have bought our Christmas tree at Zaino's. The trees are healthy and beautiful. The gentlemen who put them atop the vehicle are all gentlemen. They are respectful and informative on making your tree survive the holiday season.Also, the owners are very cordial and welcoming. This year (not sure about other years) there was a Santa Claus visiting. He was friendly and engaging with our daughter.See you guys in the summer!”

We started with two different gardens. One garden was too small and raised with a retaining wall and the other was just for roses. It wasn't clean and cohesive and I called Giordanos. I've had bad luck with getting folks to help us with our home so I was kinda nervous but soon my concerns were put to rest.
Nick worked on my garden and wow!!! He's professional, helpful, friendly and really knowledgeable. He could name the plants I already had even if they didn't have flowers yet. He helped me create a design and gave me great ideas. Whenever I had a question he got back to me by the end of the day.
When he came he brought 3 workers who were really friendly and professional. They put together a gorgeous garden full of perennials and reallydid a great job!!!

“The Hempstead location is better than most Home Depot stores. Disappointing that just about all of the stores are filthy. The stock on the shelves throughout the stores is covered with a layer of dirt, dust and debris. It’s also very difficult to find a representative to give locations of items and advice on your project. You are forced to wander around the aisle’s trying to find your items. They sometimes don’t know the location of items as well. Very few if any human checkers. Forced to use the self checkout. Annoying.”
