I spoke with “MD” at the one of the desk. He’s very aggressive and rude. It happens with him all the time. I try my best to be polite to him since I know his behavior. I didn’t want to make this review at first but it’s too much now. This isn’t the first time and it’s very unprofessional. He needs to be retrained
