“I had my car towed here on a Sunday from AAA solely based on how close it was to my location and good google reviews. I was insanely stressed about the whole situation. Monday, I called and they were nothing but helpful. No one tried to pull one over on me, they were incredibly HONEST and not manipulative, and they worked fast. I will never forget their kindness towards me when I was so stressed and their ability to make everything okay, even at their own cost.
As a young woman, I get really nervous bringing my car to shops because I have had too many people try to manipulate me into buying things I don’t actually need - this won’t happen at JG.
I don’t review places often, but people need to know that this is a place that can be trusted. I’ll be coming to JG from now on and am so incredibly thankful I randomly came across their shop.

“I had my Nissan rogue towed in from Seneca Falls after a deer hit me dropped it off at Gerber collision at night then on Monday after contacting Geico they had an adjuster come in right away. They also hooked me up with a rental car grabber collision ordered parts and even gave me a new back hatch cover in my back of my car Did a great job a week and a half later Looks brand new Great customer service and contacted me every step of the way. Bob handled my work. I give them a 10 for timing and work ethics ya”

“I had my truck in there this summer due to being T Boned by a young lady not stopping for a red light. I went to Gerber due to her insurance. Truck was needed both doors ,rocker panel, cab corner, truck bed. When completed picked up truck noticed loud clunk over bumps also when stopping and taking off periodically. I dealt with project manager about the issue brought back to Gerber also to a gas station they use put on a lift. Could not find a problem. I was told to bring to dealer have them check out. I said no . Then asked to talk to Chris the General Manager. He assured me he will figure it out. They removed the pick up bed to do the repair and had to replace 1 of the nerf steps. One of the bolts holds the cab to chassis and was not tight and flexing creating a clunking noise. Chris is sharp at his profession and offer's awesome customer service. Much appreciated Chris. Thank you”

“My windshield was making funny rattling noises whenever the car hit a bump. Frank took a look at the my windshield right away. He fixed a piece of plastic that was framing the windshield, then did all the standard tests to confirm that the windshield was seated correctly. He even drove it around to make sure it wasn’t rattling any more. He was very helpful! Didn’t charge me for his work. I’m more than pleased he was able to take care of me so quickly! Highly recommend!”
“Could not have been happier with the service at Safelite. Appointment was easy to make online and when I showed up I was welcomed with a very enthusiastic person at the desk. Waiting room was clean, and while they said to expect a 1-2 hr service time, I was out of there in 45 minutes. To top it off, they were able to transfer my registration and inspection stickers such that they didn’t look terrible.”

“Not sure how it happened but woke up and saw a crack in my windshield. Used my insurance to make a glass claim and had a choice of appointments within a few days. I had to wait a bit longer due to some other things not related. Also insurance didn't give me the option of a mobile appointment. I didn't try calling or anything but if I need this again. I'd try that. This location is in a high traffic area. There is a star bucks and Tim Horton across the street as well as other spots to eat if you're waiting. My windshield replacement was covered fully by insurance. I did pay for new wipers and a rain treatment though. The work was done within a few hours. I did do a check of the work before cashing out. Didn't notice any issues. They also restuck all my window stickers and EZ-Pass transponder. I did not request OEM glass but haven't noticed any issues driving after picking it up. The work is warrantied. So if there are issues, I won't hesitate to have that handled.”

“My car had a crack that went about a third way across the windshield. Due to the size, I had to get it replaced which I brought here. I will admit that I did not choose this location but was informed by Safelite as well as my insurance. I arrived at 8:00 a.m. and was greeted by an employee, apologies as I do not recall their name. I dropped my car off and a few hours later ( about 2 and 1/2 hours later ) I received a call that my car was ready. All I have to do was sign for insurance and was given my keys. Sorry I don't have much details otherwise but overall the handoff and pick up was effortless and done with ease.”
