“I have been going to JG for a long time! I used to go to other mechanics and the other mechanics would have my car for weeks, give me a date they would be done with my car and constantly have my car for a longer period of time. With JG they are always up front with exactly how long they will have your car and they never half ass their work. If you are anyone who relies on their car to get to work you know how important it is to have that car back to you ASAP and you know how important it is to know how many days you are going to need to figure out rides to and from work. They are aware of these things and they get your car in and out while doing an amazing job. I also had an electrical issue and even though it took them a while to diagnose the issue, they were always honest that they weren't sure what it could be and they could try certain things to resolve it, but it would be a guessing game. At the end of everything it was just a quick visit to replace one tiny part and I only had to pay around 38 dollars. I was clueless what was going on, they were honest saying they didn't know exactly what it was and they could have EASILY charged me for so many things but they got to the root of it and for the part and labor charged me the honest price. They always try and let you know what needs to be done and how urgent it is so you can plan on what you need to expect in the future. They even took a look at a car I was interested in buying and gave me their honest opinion on if it was worth my money or not. Their customer service is the best of the best and gave me hope that there are good, honest mechanics out there :-)

“A dump truck drove by my car a pebble fell off and hit my windshield I called my insurance company that recommended Glass America. Mike came out to fix my windshield wasn't cracked it was just a ding. He was fantastic I can barely see the ding. He explained everything he was doing and what may occur if it cracks further down the line. The way it looks I seriously doubt it will fail. I would recommend Glass America do anyone that needs glass repairs.”

“My car had a crack that went about a third way across the windshield. Due to the size, I had to get it replaced which I brought here. I will admit that I did not choose this location but was informed by Safelite as well as my insurance. I arrived at 8:00 a.m. and was greeted by an employee, apologies as I do not recall their name. I dropped my car off and a few hours later ( about 2 and 1/2 hours later ) I received a call that my car was ready. All I have to do was sign for insurance and was given my keys. Sorry I don't have much details otherwise but overall the handoff and pick up was effortless and done with ease.”

“Customer was service was great, they quickly rescheduled the appointment for a time that worked for me once it was determined a full replacement was needed. Technician arrived on time and completed the replacement quickly. Could have been wiped down a little better but nothing a quick rain or car wash won’t fix. Exactly the service I needed overall.”
“Not sure how it happened but woke up and saw a crack in my windshield. Used my insurance to make a glass claim and had a choice of appointments within a few days. I had to wait a bit longer due to some other things not related. Also insurance didn't give me the option of a mobile appointment. I didn't try calling or anything but if I need this again. I'd try that. This location is in a high traffic area. There is a star bucks and Tim Horton across the street as well as other spots to eat if you're waiting. My windshield replacement was covered fully by insurance. I did pay for new wipers and a rain treatment though. The work was done within a few hours. I did do a check of the work before cashing out. Didn't notice any issues. They also restuck all my window stickers and EZ-Pass transponder. I did not request OEM glass but haven't noticed any issues driving after picking it up. The work is warrantied. So if there are issues, I won't hesitate to have that handled.”
