“I was very impressed from the start with my phone call inquiring if they could install a new trailer hitch I had purchased on a new car. Cay was professional, pleasant, give me a fair quote, and made sure that I had the correct hitch for my car. James did the work and he was outstanding in every way. I explained that it was a new car and I had seen the U-Haul You Tube video where they installed the exact hitch on this car. I mentioned that I was concerned about scratches, how they handle the bumper sensors, etc. James answered all my questions clearly, and I felt quite confident that he would do a good job. As he was working he came out a couple of times to show me the progress he was making. I couldn't be more pleased with the result or the outstanding service from this U-Haul location. Highly recommended.”
“Got a storage the same day I needed one, bought online and when I went there two hours later everything was set up and all good, the manager is great, super nice. Overall good experience. The 24/7 access units are convenient too”

“Hi my name is Manuel garcia a Year ago I rent and U-Haul unit (storage) and I didn't pay for few months and after a few months I pay the whole past due payments and it was 900 and some change but the thing is that in those few months that I didn't pay the people who work there they open my storage and and start searching in my stuff and they steal some stuff that I have in there now that my ex partner have all the stuff in her house she find out that she has missing a lot of stuff like a bike that we pay a lot for it and I just making this review to let people now that they have to be really careful we're u rent to put ur stuff because now nobody knows nothing and nobody is going to pay for the stuff I'm missing.”
“Dave is amazing and I wish him nothing but the best at his future with uhaul when they close this site down ! He has helped with so much and always been very nice and non judgemental he us great!! Camille on the othe hand is the rudest customer service person out there and needs a class in how to talk to customers! Not a good asset for uhaul because if I had a choice and had to continue to deal with her I would remove my stuff out there ASAP SO IWOULDNT HAVE TO BE SPOKEN TO SO RUDLEY AGAIN BY HER!!!!”

“3 times the 26 foot trucks were terrible to drive over 45 and nearly impossible over 60. Cargo van was very nice to drive, handle, load. Has plenty of anchors to strap things down and a nice padded floor.”

“This was our second time renting a van from you so we can haul our race stuff for local races on the west side of the Genesee River. We weren't sure how much easier it would make things than using our two cars and if it would be worth the additional expense, but it makes a huge difference. We've concluded we will do that for every race, so we'll see you for two more this year (another one in Greece and the final one in Spencerport) and will be back for 2024. Thank you for being easy to work with and keeping your vehicles in great shape!”
“I have to say that the experience was good. The only thing is that I had to buy insurance for the truck but at least you can have peace of mind in case something happens on the way. And I liked that it had 3 seats, the one in the middle is not very comfortable but it can be supported.”
