“1/20/2026 Stopped by the Herkimer Tractor Supply bldg this afternoon and I have to tell you, the minute you walk in the front door someone at the cash register will immediately welcome you to the store! EVERY TYME I HAVE ENTERED THIS STORE THERE HAS ALWAYS BEEN A FRIENDLY HELLO FROM AN EMPLOYEE! I got to say.. this simple act of friendliness stands out to me..they make you feel welcome….and it makes you want to keep returning.. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable!

Today I visited Lowes and upon getting to the self check out (no line, no waiting BTW), and without me even asking…I was immediately helped with the check out process by a young man by the name of “Tom”.( My inexperience must been obvious to him ?) I just want to publicly thank Tom for all his help..He did my checkout for me at lightning speed and was pleasant as well! THANK YOU TOM…your kindness and eagerness to help definitely stuck out of the crowd! ?”
