“I am a new tenant. Moving in was easy and very satisfying. The management team was very helpful with flexibility for the first month and security deposit in reasonable time. Apartment is cozy and every one seems pleasant. Management is always available on premises and willing to help as much as possible!”
“I traveled there for the eclipse and the owner was very kind to repay me an extra night I had to cancel (55%). He had to obligation to do that since it was asked at our check-in. For the price, this was the cleanest room we had on our 6 days trip. The whole room was renovated a few weeks before and smelled good. The bathroom was really clean. There was clearly a cannabis smell outside the whole time we were there but inside our room, it was fine. I would recommend this motel and I would go back anytime I'm there.”

“we stay with Roland whenever we go upstate, have for years. He is like family by now. The house is beautiful, comfortable, and relaxing. This is a special place to stay.A recent visit was as warm and welcoming as always. Roland and Steve are warn, gracious and interesting hosts. I love staying with them. Breakfasts are excellent and tailored to individual needs. The rooms are lovely, elegant and comfortable.”
