“Starting with the friendly desk staff, this hotel was wonderful. The front desk staff were welcoming, the lobby is elegant, the rooms spacious and very clean, and for our 4 days of work at the Nexus Center the location was excellent.
The only thing we struggled with was how to use the remote control.”
“The breakfast service did not include beverages such as water or juice, as the beverage machine was out of service. However, the room was clean and comfortable, the air conditioning functioned properly, and the location was highly convenient for local transit.”

“Made a mistake and reserved 2 rooms for the night before out trip, resulting in a no-show and no reservation. Hotel got us rooms and refunded the unused reservations, even though the rooms were non-refundable. Thanks!”
