The value is unbeatable, but the quality didn't suffer one bit. The room was spotless and incredibly clean from top to bottom. Everything was in perfect working order, from the TV to the fridge, making the entire stay completely hassle-free.
It is rare to find this level of cleanliness, great pricing, and genuine hospitality all in one place. Sarah runs a fantastic property, and I will definitely be back. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a great, stress-free stay in Herkimer!”

“we stay with Roland whenever we go upstate, have for years. He is like family by now. The house is beautiful, comfortable, and relaxing.
