“Joel and Mardoni were extremely helpful resolving a service issue my Aunt experienced. This was a sale from the local Walmart that was supposed to be canceled. They took accountbility, were patient, and validated the required info. Although the service was not a fit for my 89 yr old Aunt, we will always keep our 6 lines with T-Mobile for the overall service. Thanks!”

“I went to the Herkimer Verizon location where Collins a representative of Verizon’s was able to assist me with the issues even after I left the store, I had questions I was able to text him and have him assist me. He was also able to save me money on my account and showed me benefits that I’m entitled to. I recommend anyone that needs help with a Verizon phone to go to the Herkimer Verizon and speak with Collins. He is very knowledgeable and very respectful very pleasant person to work withI’m very grateful for his assistance, an excellent Employee.”
