“I have a PO Box at this location. The staff is very helpful and courteous. I had a couple of mailing issues over the last 2 years and they were very helpful from The Postmaster to the staff at The lobby. Handled the issue and fixed it to my complete satisfaction.”

“We had ‘difficulty’ or an ‘issue’ with a package that I sent to my 84YO mother. Josie (at the Mohawk Post Office) was more than kind. She is was extremely customer oriented and handled the issue with utmost professionalism. She is a great person and state employee. Thank you so much.”

“Our delivery driver man is fantastic and Cares about each house he delivers on his route. I live on broad street in Frankfort . BUT the girl who fills on for him is aweful . She does not deliver packages and not all the mail”

“Nice people, very helpful at the post office. Mail man is polite- got a good giggle at my cat following me through the city ☺️ Mail went to a neighbor once or twice in the past few years, which I did receive, but never anything like these other horrible reviews on here... We're all very happy regarding our mail delivery in my neighborhood!”

“Absolutely amazing service. I made an appointment to turn in my passport application and I was late and the guys there were extremely nice and super helpful. The process was quick and they made conversation with me because they could tell I was stressed out. I am so impressed and grateful for their help!”
