Wow charge arm and leg for service but have banker hours 9-5 Hello Verizon most people dont get out of work until 5. Well switching to T Mobile thank you for making my mind up if I should ditch verizon after 20yrs.

I Went to express my concerns about having trouble with my service as I have been having trouble with it for months and a Female representative took a 2-3 min look at it and Then Told Me I Should Consider Buying A New 5G Phone Because There Is Only A Little Service In The Area For My Phone, Which Yes Is Not A New Design Phone! She then continued to say Because Verizon Has Gone 5G, So Basically They Have Bailed On Everyone Else If You're Not 5G!!! Naturally I was upset and I told her that I would Take My Service To Another Provider AFTER BEING WITH THEM FOR 30 YEARS FAITHFULLY!!! SO THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER IT'S ALL ABOUT THE MONEY!!!

Verizon has a turnover of people so you never know what to expect from their service. My last visit was okay. However this locations past performances were very unfavorable to it's customers compared to other local Verizon centers

New assistant manager did everything possible resolve my issue The day I visited. The outcome was cumbersome, not her fault, but she hung in there with me. Much appreciated.

Terrible, Terrible, Terrible! Do not waste your time going to this store! I went to upgrade my phone and to also get a new phone & line for my daughter. The whole process was rushed, the guy I worked with was super focused on the fact that the store would be closing soon and made a point to tell me about it at least 3 different times, while he checked his watch multiple times. (I arrived about an hour before closing, it's not like I showed up 5 minutes beforehand) Due to his rushing, he never activated my daughters new phone line!! He gave me the new phone, told me what the new number would be and put the sim card in, but he never activated the line. He never checked to make sure that I had a working phone before I left the store. Actually, he told me to just go home and restart the phone and it should work. Well guess what.... it didn't. I spent the rest of my evening on Verizon live chat basically having to do everything all over again myself, get a new phone number assigned to the phone, get it activated, etc. Total waste of my time! In addition, he told me that I needed a charging block because the phone only came with the cord. Well guess what.... he gave me the wrong charging block! It was not compatible with the phone cord. So please, unless you like experiencing mediocre customer service as you're getting pushed out the door before the actual job is done, then save yourself the time and aggravation and just do everything yourself through the Verizon website. These stores are pointless. Just do it online.

If I could give a negative zero, I would. upgraded online and received an email for 40% off 4 assessories. Was charged full price. Went into the store and made excuses the person may have been new. Wanted me to return assessories for something Cheaper because they said the items given to me were not part of the bundle. not my problem! Incompetent people They need to get people that actually know how to do their job and treat customers right.
