Walked in 8:58 on a Saturday as I watched several others walk in, and was turned away because they open at 9am, the reviews are real here, staff was very unfriendly. I will now bring my business elsewhere for the rest of my life

I gave it 4 stars. I did so because, I usually have no issues. I do photos and such. However this time in a different city, I had a clerk that was immediate in her response to my question about cash app. I wanted to put money on the card and was quick to point out that she didn't know much about it. It wasn't that she didn't know, it's how she said it. She called another person to help. The other person knew exactly how to retrieve the bar code, and I asked if she could show me. Then I turned to the 1st clerk and said you should probably see this. With attitude again, she said, why? I don't have it. I responded "Well you work here, Maybe you could help the next guy that doesn't use the app often and like me needs assistance. I managed Record stores in retail, I know what customer service is and how it keeps customers coming back. This clerk with her non friendly, rather stay ignorant attitude, is the antithesis of what I would want representing my store. These days, everything seems to have vanished with manners, common courtesy, and Respect. Maybe she should stick to a non customer dealing type of employment..smh

The prices on some items can be a bit high but a lot of the time their sale prices make them better than othe places.Clean store, nice staff.

On Tuesday, 12/28/21, I went into the Walgreens in Herkimer, NY to ask about a At-Home Covid test as I had been traveling all over the place trying to find one, and Walgreens in Herkimer was the only place that had tests in stock. When I approached the cashier at the front counter and questioned her about the Covid test, she kindly said they had them in stock. The second cashier to her right SNARKILY said "listen, when we are out! we are out!" I felt that was a very rude and condescending comment to say in front of a customer. I only asked for 2 tests, not 4 that I could have asked for. All I am asking is when customers approach the counter, please be kind; you don't know their circumstances, you don't know how their day is going, or anything. You are there to assist.

THIS PLACE I WENT TO TO GET MY 3RD BOOSTER SHOT REFUSED MY SERVICE SAID U HAVE TO BE 62 N OLDER AND U HAVE TO GO ONLINE TO FILL IT OUT AND U HAVE TO HAVE A MEDICAL CONDISTION THEY DONT UNDERSTAND NY STATE NOW U CAN GEWT U BOOSTER SHOT FROM AGE 18 AND ABOVE NOW N U DONT NEED A MEDICALLY REASON THEY SESOUS NEED TO UPGRADE ON THERE SERVICE AND IQ THEN TOP IT OFF THE BLONDE HAIR LADY WASNT WEARING A MASK HERSELF WAS SCREAMING MY PERSONAL BUNESS SO EVERYBODY IN THE LINE PICKING UP THERE MEDS Can hear n diagradeing me i'm thinking on taking further acyion legal wise u cant be exposeing people like that do to hypa n after she basically asking me to leave first time in her hole carrer there never worn a mask but giving me evil looks n putting her mask on onse n making it look like i'm full of desises i'm moveing my meds to wallmarts n i will never do buness in this hole agin n update i got my booster shot little 20 minutes at wallmarts after this wallgreen esiopsolde my advice go somewhere else to do buness this place make u wait 2 hours then after give u poor service there many pharmcys out there

I'd give none if I could. Everyone i have ever come in contact here be it on the phone or in person they are always rude! Oh you need a prescription yeah good luck, if they get it right then it takes them weeks. Don't waste your time here.

When trying to book a flu shot online as a traveling nurse who was calling for assistance and had previously called and was very understanding that my appt for another day had to be moved when I called to ask availability the technician in the pharmacy said it didn’t matter what availability the flu shot showed on the computer that they were completely booked and hung up on me. Super great customer service skills 10/10

Nice, well stocked, clean location. Try to avoid entering on the side that is next to the Dunkin Donuts entrance, the sheep that are there going through the drive thru will block the turn into the Walgreens parking lot.
