They were able to set an apointment so that we could wait for the job to be completed instead of travelling back and forth. “I prefer NAPA parts over the china junk offered by Autozone and Parts of Africa. Autozone waterpump lasted less that 2 years. Lifetime warranty don't mean quat if I'm redoing repairs constantly. Parts look good at the chain stores but looks are apt to be deceiving.”

“After doing a routine circle check on my vehicle before my road trip today, I was horrified to find that my rear brake indicator was functioning about as well as a glass hammer. That is to say it was about as bright as a drunk toddler.Unfortunately for me today is a national holiday of which my nation has only celebrated 156 times. I came to the grim realization that no stores would be open for me to purchase a light bulb in exchange for my maple leaf money. So I left the entire country of Canada to fix this problem.That’s where Mike comes in. Mike works at an auto store in the largest economy on the planet. Luckily for me, he’s not too far away. After driving for close to an hour and trying to press the brake pedal as little as possible, I arrived to his store.He was very helpful in getting me the right bulb and even offered me hand tools to get the job done! I was so glad I almost invited him to join me on my road trip! Mike had a different idea, I could tell by his demeanour that he was going to stand there and proudly help his community with any automotive needs for the rest of his shift.Thanks to Mike and the team for making my life a bit easier and helping me not feel guilty every time I press the brake. You guys are the best!”
