I’m mixed.. some of these workers are nice or rude one time my friend threw out his cup (he had rewards but he was gonna get another cup) and they got mad and threanted to charge us but ofc they never did. Some people are actually pretty cool and nice (Including the workers son that somehow works there but I don’t think goes anymore) but overall it’s mid.

This location will rob you any chance they get. You need to watch how they ring up and count your change. Avoid this dump.

What a garbage 7-Eleven. Went in to get some drinks. Got two sodas and paid. I asked the guy for a receipt, and he ignored me and started to walk away. I called out to him four times before he turned the corner to the coffee aisle. I went after him, and he was chatting with the manager, making a coffee. I told him I wanted a receipt, and he walked over. We get to the register, and I tell him I want a receipt. It was only now that I noticed he had headphones in both ears, so he couldn't hear me. I told him several times before he gave me my receipt, and he started to act rude to me as I walked out. What a joke. Horrible place to go to, I'd drive to any other local 7-Eleven before this one.

This 7-Eleven is not 24 hours. They have their doors CHAINED with a lock on it. What makes it ridiculous is that I don't think they're allowed to close as they try to play it off that they're open by having (in this case, leaving) all lights in the store on.Horrible management.

when it comes down to spending my dollar somewhere customer service is number one...so when I came into the 7 Eleven store #384 & asked to use the restroom "it's broken" is just not satisfactory. I drove miles just to get here to buy a charger, coffee, & a few more items & instead I was just annoyed by the rude employee who told me he uses the restroom outside. DONT SHOP HERE YOU WASTE TIME & MONEY! I will find a place that treats me like a human being & I will tell everyone I know!

it says it is open 24 hours. i came at 1:16 in the morning and the employee told me they were closed! so much for being 24 hours.

The only problem is every morning the staff is more occupied talking to each other than getting the people out so we can get to work. Otherwise, everything else is good.

As a regular thats been living in the area for 20 years. There is a worker named Joseph. He followed my friend to the fridge making her feel uncomfortable and i had to talk to him to lean off i didnt wanna say anything about this because earlier because i wanted to give him a chance. Today i stopped by with her and we said happy new years and were friendly he was on his phone and looked at me with an attitude. When i purchased stuff he asked if i wanted a bag im like sure. He told me there grab one and just sat looking at his phone while i bagged away. My friend doesnt like coming here and he knows it. When im with her we usually go to 711 on jerusalem because we feel uncomfortable with Joseph working. Thanks for downgrading ur staff.

The workers at night pretend to ignore me instead of ringing me up. I’m a nice customer always saying please n thank you but I guess I’ll have to take my business else where.
