Price of the item was much lower than I expected. The shipping charge was a bit high, but as someone who ships things regularly, I know that shipping is expensive. “I called to see if they had the Duralast Gold alternator (Duralast Gold is all I buy) in stock for my friends Sonata and they had it. They advised me they were closing soon so I got there as quick as possible. Drove a bit to get there but made it before they closed. They guys were really cool and got my part fast. How could that be?Regardless, my routine maintenance was completed in less than 3 hours.The staff were very polite and professional, especially Nathan, and also Dave from parts.My only complaint relates to the waiting area. Other dealers have coffee, snacks, and water in their waiting area.. Here at Platinum, the waiting area is small, no coffee or snacks, with uncomfortable, crowded, seating .Otherwise a five star experience.”

My car got rear-ended by yellow cab and it was very difficult to work with their insurance company. “I tried AL's 0nly a week ago and cannot believe how talented and honest he is! I have a 4 runner that has had a slight shimmy in the front end for over a year. The dealer ripped me off for thousands and didn't fix it, it was actually worse! other shops gave me estimates for a parts cannon approach ,,,, which thanks to Al, I know know,,,,, would not have fixed the problem. He was the only mechanic that asked me MANY questions about the shimmy....like a doctor who examines the patient! Turns out that the dealer had put 45 lbs of air in my tires and that was the cause!!! He adjusted the air pressure and VIOLA! No shimmy. Having a shop that you can trust,,,, right in your own town is a huge benefit!”
