“I had an unexpected flat tire this afternoon around 1:15 PM near Hicksville, and Geico Roadside Assistance sent Bill’s Towing Service. The driver (truck #10) arrived much sooner than the estimated 30–40 minutes. He was there in about 15–20 minutes.
He was very polite, reassuring, and changed my tire quickly (about 10 minutes). He told me he’d have me back on the road in no time and he absolutely did.
