“I purchased my 2024 x5 at a dealership in NJ a week ago. For a week, we thought my husband's car was leaking oil all over the place in our driveway. When we realized it was my car with 250 miles on it, we were so shocked. We had just replaced our perfectly good baby car for what we think is a lemon. Since we did not get the car around here, we didn't know what to do. After speaking to several bmw employees (between corporate and other dealerships), all who told us they had no loaner cars, no appointments, and that there is nothing they could do for us, our auto broker told to us to speak with Frank Trotta at Rallye BMW. My husband left a message and he called my husband back immediately. He went above and beyond for us. Without him, we literlly would have had no idea what to do with this piece of garbage. He immediately had our car towed and he let us know when it arrived. He was incredibly on top of his game for us and didnt have to be. He helped us to secure a rental car on Rallye, who only did it because they showed compassion. He called to let us know what was wrong with the car first thing the next day (leaking transmission fluid). The estimated time was a week before it would be done but it was done in 3 days. The service we received from Frank was top-notch. He definitely did not have to take us in right away like he did. When no one would help us, he was the only one who was sympathetic and understanding of our issue.This car transports my 2 year old around. I needed it to be fixed quickly and it was. Next time we need service or our next new car, we will no doubt be going to Rallye. For anyone else who wants the best service, see Frank at Rallye BMW.”
