“I’ve been to Mike’s Hubcaps, Inc recently, and this is exactly the kind of old-school, hands-on service that’s getting harder to find these days. The shop is owned and run by Mike himself — a genuinely nice guy who treats you with respect and knows his craft inside out. He’s what I’d call “your cup of tea” if you appreciate honest, straightforward service.
I came in with a set of rims I had purchased online because my old chrome rims were leaking. Mike handled the installation quickly and efficiently. The entire process was convenient, economical, and absolutely reliable. Prices here are very reasonable, especially considering the quality of work and the personal attention you get.

“this is one of the best service I have got in Long Island, I wanna share my honest reviews about this station, my car broke down and I did not know what to do when i took my car to them and they said it might be 2 to 3 problems but we will let you know (they said). the best part about them is
1) they checked everytihing properly
2) they talked with me first and explane it to me what is the issue and what it might cost you
3) they take full responsibility and deliver you what they say
4) one of the best - honesty
(why) my car got few problems and they said that its a problem in fuel pump and that might cost $300 but instead of charging me they found out the problem is something else and its with the fuel pump. so this guy (harjeet) called me and says its wiring issue not a fuel pump
thats why I am writing this review. this is the best service I got in Hicksville Long Island”

“Even though I was well back from the car in front of me when a 52,000 pound truck hits you in the rear I was pushed into the car in front of me. When a 52,000 pound truck slammed into the back of my Honda Accord I did not realize the extent of the damages. But I did know where I was going to bring my car for repairs. Cannon Collision and Joe L. in Hicksville did a fabulous job making my car drivable and like new. The important thing to know is that Joe knows how to work with the insurance company who only wants to (insurance adjuster) minimize their losses.
Like for instance you should want the colors on your repair to match. The colors on my repair were perfect.
Everything was completed with professionalism and attention to detail. Thank you to Cannon Collision Hicksville. Also thank you Paul for having Joe L in the front office.”

“Truly the best auto mechanic and customization shop I’ve ever experienced. Eric is the owner and he always answers the phone himself. My husband’s known him since high school. He always spends time on the phone with you, thoroughly explains everything as well as presents multiple options with zero pressure and zero rush. For example, he just spent 20+ minutes on the phone helping me look through multiple tire replacement options for my car to make sure I got the best tires. He also fixed a pretty nasty dent with deep scratches PERFECTLY with some fancy technique he explained in depth to me. Now, I can’t even find where the scratches and dents were. He used the same paint from the car itself so there was no mis-matched color patch, which I would’ve hated. A different dealer wanted to repaint the entire door, and the minute difference in color would’ve bothered me. He’s spend time explaining other car related things even when in the end I didn’t need to use him - he truly seems like he’s here to help, not to make a quick buck. I trust his opinion 1000% (which is important as a woman myself) and will continue to use his business as long as I live on Long Island.”

“Just got a flat tire and looked for the closest gas station. Sucky situation, but made things 100x better to have wound up at Sonny’s auto repair. Sonny watched us pull in and immediately helped us. We went from flat tire to back on the road within 15 minutes. Not only was the service fast and seamless, Sonny is a one-of-a-kind guy. Extremely helpful and kind with so much wisdom, teaching us tricks that can save us a lot of pain in the future. Ending up at Sonny’s was pure luck but it certainly will not be my last time back there.”

“Brought car in for an oil change. Keith reminded me that I would need NYS safety inspection at the end of the month. So I told him to do it now so I wouldn’t have to come back. Rotated the tires and replaced windshield wipers. Since I was waiting for the car he told me it would take 2 hours and he was right on target. I left after waiting 2 hours. Great job done by everyone.”
