“I’ve been to Mike’s Hubcaps, Inc recently, and this is exactly the kind of old-school, hands-on service that’s getting harder to find these days. The shop is owned and run by Mike himself — a genuinely nice guy who treats you with respect and knows his craft inside out. I came in with a set of rims I had purchased online because my old chrome rims were leaking. Mike handled the installation quickly and efficiently. “Even though I was well back from the car in front of me when a 52,000 pound truck hits you in the rear I was pushed into the car in front of me. When a 52,000 pound truck slammed into the back of my Honda Accord I did not realize the extent of the damages. But I did know where I was going to bring my car for repairs. Cannon Collision and Joe L. in Hicksville did a fabulous job making my car drivable and like new. The important thing to know is that Joe knows how to work with the insurance company who only wants to (insurance adjuster) minimize their losses.
Like for instance you should want the colors on your repair to match. The colors on my repair were perfect.

“Great place. Khan really took care of me. Came in with some rumbling sounds and rough engine start. Turned out to be torque loose bolts from a botched engine recall replacement 3 years ago on a Hyundai. Dealership told me my CAT and manifold needed to be replaced at $6K. Khan charged me $150 for labor. And 2 other mechanics didn't know what the problem was. Highly recommend.”

“Brought car in for an oil change. Keith reminded me that I would need NYS safety inspection at the end of the month. So I told him to do it now so I wouldn’t have to come back. Rotated the tires and replaced windshield wipers. Since I was waiting for the car he told me it would take 2 hours and he was right on target. I left after waiting 2 hours. Great job done by everyone.”
“Overall a satisfying experience. I was upset when upon arrival I was told the service garage was backed up, and I might have to wait a while. This was 8 30 in the morning. How could that be?Regardless, my routine maintenance was completed in less than 3 hours.The staff were very polite and professional, especially Nathan, and also Dave from parts.My only complaint relates to the waiting area. Other dealers have coffee, snacks, and water in their waiting area.. Here at Platinum, the waiting area is small, no coffee or snacks, with uncomfortable, crowded, seating .Otherwise a five star experience.”
